For active management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, including effective management of prescription medication.

Infusion Care

When you have a condition that requires for some form of infusion therapy, our nurses experienced and provide this service in the comfort of your own home, giving you greater freedom while helping you follow the prescribed drug protocols.

Infusion treatments that our nurses administer include:

  • Antibiotics used to treat infectious and chronic conditions

  • Parenteral nutrition applicable for a wide range of gastric diseases

  • Feeding tubes (Enteral nutrition) to assist when conditions prohibits eating with the mouth

  • Pain management for a wide range of chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis

  • General hydration which may be an adjunct treatment to other therapies and for other severe chronic conditions that prevent patients from hydrating orally.

 

Palliative Care

We provide care for your loved ones who are suffering from advanced life limiting conditions such as AIDS, lung disease, Cancer, Heart Failure, Kidney Failure

 

Covid-19 Patient Care

We provide specialised care services for patients with mild Covid-19 symptoms who need normal care for very high fever, body pain, weakness and vital monitoring.

Our trained nurses monitor essential vitals like heart rate, blood pressure, pulse check and oxygen monitoring and will work closely with your doctor to ensure the best care.

 

Wound Care

Our service offers home-based care for people recovering from wounds as a result of surgery and trauma including people with ulcers resulting from diabetes or being bed-ridden (pressure sores or ischaemic ulcers).
